HXB Construction Professionals, LLC strictly collects information such as email addresses, physical project addresses, name, phone numbers and any voluntary comments through our Contact Sheet for the sole purpose of coordinating any project details, quotes requested, or payments. Rest assured none of the information you share with us is ever shared or sold to any other party. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.

How the Information is Stored and Protected
We take steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing. We will only keep your personal information for as long as we reasonably require to complete and process payment for the desired project. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, PayPal and/or via the company's administrative records system (if payment is other than debit/credit card).

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and, although we take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted via the website. Any transmission is therefore at your own risk.

Cancellations
Cancellations of projects once deposits are made are subject to a 30% administrative fee of the deposit amount.
